Perfected By Imperfections Poem by Orange Scribbles

Perfected By Imperfections

I was walking seeing people come and go
I was observing them, of this they may not know
Through my eyes I realize, lots of things that in the past I didn't know
The world is not perfect, this is where will I grow

I saw my father and mother fight over petty quarrels
But after it they were as sweet as apple strudels
I saw my brothers fought over a little toy
But a few minutes later they're both laughing due to joy

I walked outside to see the world
And I saw world's beauty everyone would behold
Sun's ardent rays and rain's cold drizzles
Bird that sings and children that giggles

I wandered more and from where I've been
Friends fight due to simple issues, indeed I've seen
But after issues were all resolved
Each other's hands were bonded, with such strong grip and hold

I pushed myself through and saw the change in my own view
I walked through streets and there I knew
People with less and always with few
But in love and happiness most of them grew

I looked around when disasters came
And instead of pain I saw their spirits gain
With joys in their hearts and smile in their lips
Tragedies was beaten by quick whips

"hahahaha hahaha" after each joke that has been said
Even when in need of help with lots of things to mend
Always looking forward to where rainbows end
Hoping for the help that the heavens will soon send

I was walking seeing people come and go
I have observed them, of this they may not know
Through my eyes I've realized, lots of things that now I know
The world where I live is indeed not perfect but how hard trials may be
I live in a world perfected by imperfections, so I'll live my life
As happy as can be!
