Peru Poverty Poem by One Tap

Peru Poverty

My pockets cannot hold enough
Fish net hands
Stay empty
Ignored as if a different telling
Of the same story
Shadows that move only with the sun
Eyes more desperate than clasping palms
Babies holding babies
In a mothers arms
Crumbling men of gold
Could walk these streets
And quickly dissolve
