Pessimist Vs. Optimist Poem by Jon Yttri

Pessimist Vs. Optimist

Rating: 5.0

I'm an pessimist.
I heard it will snow.
I'm an optimist.
I heard it will be ideal for skiing, snowing, and building snowmen.
I'm a pessimist.
I doubt if I'll be on time for my appointment.
I'm an optimist.
I doubt if I'll have to wait for the last patient to leave.
I'm a pessimist.
I don't think the Brewers will win the pennant.
I'm an optimist.
I don't think the Brewers will lose the World Series.
I'm a pessimist.
I believe I won't get rich.
I'm an optimist.
I believe I won't go to jail for income tax evasion.
I'm a pessimist.
I believe I won't spend my winter in the tropics.
I'm an optimist.
I know I won't be caught in a volcano.
I'm a pessimist.
I don't think I'll ever date a Hollywood starlet.
I'm an optimist.
I don't think I'll ever be sued for palimony.
I'm a pessimist.
I don't believe I'll ever be a Rhodes Scholar.
I'm an optimist.
I don't believe I'll ever be a snob.
