for me i think that pests are the: critics who are non-performers but if they perform, they may not be pests preachers who are non-practitioners but if they are also practitioners, they may not be pests mediators who are not fact-finders but if they are fact-finders they may not be pests anyway i don't want to start an argument or a debate... i just said my opinion... you write good!
