Philosiphising Poem by James Timothy Jarrett

Philosiphising

Rating: 5.0

I sit in evenings dim glow
and contemplate the mysteries of life
with my cat
As our minds begin to grapple
the subtle complexities of infinity
We realize that pencils on paper
sound like mice

this one left me smiling...a poem written so easily and beautifully about the acute snsitivities of a poet....how we can start with the profoundest of thoughts and end by chasing ourselves out of them....its good to know we can humor ourselves out of situations.beautifully written...

This puts all in it's place Jim. Wisely and simply put too but saying it as it is. My ten goes with best wishes. From Fay.
