Photography Poem by Marilyn Lott

I hold my camera carefully
Then guide it to my eye
I tremble slightly
The sight before me is focused
Perfect – beautiful and fresh
New to my lens
Taking a deep breath
I snap
Scarcely breathing I check
My accomplishment and am amazed
A treasure
A sight that needed to be captured
Needed to find its way
Into my album
Onto my computer
A sweet feeling of satisfaction
Fills my mind
And I get back into the pickup
For the next scene.

Photography is indeed a great activity...I never get tired of taking pictures...Landscapes, cloud forms, children, insects, train, flame, food, .... in short everything that comes my way. Keep on clicking Ma'am. I would love to see the photos you have taken.
