Pink Snow

I am
Blowing
At the gate
Summer soon
See my blooms
Fall as snow
Petals settle
Do not broom
Rain has been
Dripping green
Summer dream
Not my day
Warmer winds
I’ll make amends
Cannot stay
I am April
I am all
Sudden squalls
Sun and run
Enjoy me
Can’t buy me
I am on my way
To May.

Tell me not (Sweet) I am unkind,
That from the nunnery
Of thy chaste breast and quiet mind
To war and arms I fly.

True, a new mistress now I chase,
