Moon,
Moon so bright
I need you to guide my way tonight.
Bring me to my knight.
It may sound selfish,
It may sound wrong,
But I desperately need
To hear his song.
The song of love
Crying in the night.

I desperately need tonight.

Moon,
Moon, please guide my way
And teach me what I need to say.
To show him
And them
That my love for him still grows.
No matter where he goes.

He can break my heart,
He can break my soul,
But no matter what
My love for him will show.

So hear my plea
Because I need so desperately
For you to guide my way tonight
And bring me to my knight.
