Please Don'T Destroy Me Poem by Sebastian Mercado

Please Don'T Destroy Me

I walk into a rose garden
The sun starts to set
While walking down a set of cement stairs
I saw you below
My body went numb
My soul was trying to escape and unite with yours
Your green eyes obliverate my defenses
I became vulnerable for the first time
You walked towards me
Please don't destroy me
I pleaded with puppy dog eyes
You held me close to your chest
My heart became yours
Even though we've never met
I've waited so long for you to come in my life
Then, I woke up
