I've only ever wanted help.
But have always found noone there.
Please please someone help me.
I cant carry on this way.

Please realise I am a danger to myself.
I have a few problems too many.
I cant remember a time when every thing was fine.
Force on a pretend smile.
Thats the way to be.
But I cant do that any more.

I jut want some help.
Like to years ago.
When some one was prepared to.
And happy to help me.
But it had to end.
Cos of an age thing.

Now noone will help me.
Im only crying out for help.
