Poem

Dad I could use some sound advice,
It was easier raising girls,
Because now I'm totally in love,
And want to pull out all my curls.
I follow him around,
I realize he is too old,
I don't know why I fear so much,
All I want is him to hold.

Poem of the Day

poet Henry David Thoreau

My books I'd fain cast off, I cannot read,
'Twixt every page my thoughts go stray at large
Down in the meadow, where is richer feed,
And will not mind to hit their proper targe.
