What do you think this poem is about?

Potent, Impotent!

Tent, impotent!
Easily identified;
Tent, potent!
Easily noted;
Potent, impotent!
Easily found;
Very fast and free!
With your muse,
And, very sweet and lovely;
But, the answer is in your heart.
Candles, cakes and games! !
The decoration of the tree;
And, of the nature of your muse.
Love!
Identified;
Like cats and rats,
But, the answer is in your heart.
