Pretend
I am pretending,
Pretending that you love me,
Pretending that I love you too.
Pretending that the world is good,
Pretending that God loves me too.
I am pretending,
Pretending that this life is real,
Pretending that my life is normal,
Pretending that you too are normal.
I have been pretending all my life,
And I love it too.
