I've only known you for a small amount of days,
but I feel as though I've known you forever.
Connecting,
sharing secrets,
opening up,
pouring out our lives on the page.
It's all we have done,
to gain trust,
between each other.
Little have our eyes linked,
together as one,
gazing at each other.
Though,
I feel I could recognize them,
without a doubt.
Lying here awake,
tossing and turning,
trying to sleep.
But all my mind can ponder,
is the conversation we endured earlier,
what you are thinking the very moment you tell me,
you are smiling,
because of my sweet words.
Have we known each other from an earlier time?
