the tip of an iceberg, the honour of the medal on the soldier's chest,
the heart beat of a baby girl, the perception of a smile on a strange land.

the seductive eye's of a dear friend, the bootlace of a missing shoe.
the Tiger's eye on a fleshy wound or the bill of a patient's hospital room .
It is the hope and desire of a human's heart that keeps us on reality path.
