Promoting Yoursellf Poem by Jerry Abrahamson

I have never been very good
At promoting mysellf
I have aalwaays been told
That I'm throwiing a fit

So, nothing that I do
Ever gets promoted
And all of my work
Just seems to fall by the wayside

But, what's going to happen
When we run out of oil and gas
And, then, they find out
That I'm the one who can change this

For, I've been trying to promote
Renewable Energy for years
And, now we need the energy
And I just shake my head and sigh
