Qualifications For Gratitude
To load off what is not required,
What is in excess or a burden,
What turned stale or left over,
Or what cannot be carried with
Will not account for gratitude.
What is given for a gain,
From fear or under duress
Also will not count for gratitude.
To bequeath at the end of life
Also does not earn gratitude.
