Quiet Something Poem by Chris Townsend

Quiet Something

Whisper quiet something’s my ears are yours,
Walled in darkness, cold deep felt noise,
A gentle touch a thought sincere,
The heart, the tear, the now I am here,
Warmth, sadness my hand in your arm,
The stormy sensations, the relative calm,
Take my hand, guide me to Avalon,
The long since hurt, far and gone,
Shielded life held in your palm,
As I lie within your circle, protected from harm,
Kiss me deeply touch me hard,
Take my everything, a quiet bizarre,
I want to say, I want to show,
This image here, the come and go…
