Quietitude
To seek outside focus, to crave attention,
To long for recognition and applauds,
Are human nature for which mind wanders.
A wandering mind will not give you peace.
Inward focus reins mind from wandering.
See not, hear not, read not, write not, work not
For some time now and then is inward focus.
Quietitude is a powerful tool for happiness.
