Rain Drops Poem by Zoe Ridgway

Rain Drops

Each rain dropp tells a story
Each rain dropp wants to be heard
I sit outside listening to the world
through the eyes of the rain
Rain drops on my skin feel so warm
I close my eyes listening to the drip's on the windows
and on the floor
lost in that moment nothing can harm you
The whisper of water running down your face
like a tear dropp has a tale to tell
Each rain dropp sings a song welcoming you
with open arms
One day i want to be a rain drop
with my own story to tell
