The feelings begin to re-surface
Everything that use to be
Feeling care free, and being hurt less
Uncontrollable, but yet I feel so care free
I'm not looking for nothing more or nothing less
Just keep yearning for you 2 be with me
My heart skips 1 beat, then skips 2
Thinkin' of this love
Knowing that this HAS to be true
I can't seem to shake it
I try to fight but never could fake it
My thoughts try to doubt me
But my heart says WE CAN MAKE IT
Everything is heading towards me so fast
What are we waiting for?
We both know that this love can last
Its true, we have both been hurt
Words have been said and we made our mistakes
But I know we have learned from them
All you have to say is 'I'll do whatever it takes'
To rebuild this path, we had to break
We had to fall, The only way to walk
Is to learn how to crawl
I aint trying to rush you
Just willing to trust you
Your heart already chose
So why does your mind keep saying you must choose
I always said we could win
But the ones you called 'best' keep saying you must Loose
I aint tryna be cocky
