I wasn’t there and I wish I was
And that I cannot change,
But I was there for you day after day
And since you’ve caused me pain.

Your beautiful angel was taken
To special, to young,
Now, it’s me you target
Me you face your gun.

I was in a bubble for a long while
Helping you day by day,
He came and put a pin in it
And I felt like I was saved.

Desperately you reacted
As if you couldn’t let go,
Wanted me for yourself
Wanted me to stay far low.

Between us u tried to build barriers
Each brick we smashed back down,
You’ve never been able to achieve it
Never managed that crown.

Accusations you’ve made
First to me then to him,
Nasty things you’ve said
But you will never win.

Still I cannot feel hate
Your angel was taken away,
I hope you get peace
I hope you’ll heal someday...

AND REALISE... you are pushing those who love you away.
