Reality Poem by Greg Edwards

Reality

Rating: 5.0

Reality, plays tricks on the mind,
It says and is, things unkind,
It twists and turns, leaving you in doubt,
When you think you understand,
It changes the route.
Emotions flare, and then they die,
Its all just one alibi behind which you hide,
Denial walks with you hand in hand,
Walks with you through the Darkened Land.
Not that it would ever lie,
Just over a hill, in under a different sky.
Its just another cloak, that you hide behind,
Just another truth, that you'll never find,
Another cast for a different play,
A different sun, for a whole new day.

Reality is very well poetized. I think everyone has his or her own realities.
