He was living on the edge
A life out of control
He seemed to have no feelings
He fell into life's black hole

He felt that he was losing grip
Sliding down life's rope
Not caring were he was going
Running out of hope

He felt his body go numb
His soul could no longer feel
Was he in a movie
Or was this all real?

His heart had grown very cold
Love has lost it's grip
He's running through a jungle
So afraid he'll trip

He doesn't know if he's dreaming
He doesn't know if it's all real
But for now he's going to keep it
Deep inside of him concealed
