This I pray...
On the Lord's day
To stand before Him,
And ask for a miracle
To come your way;
Perhaps a kind gift
Of glad tiding or two
To help you through
The trials of spirit
When hope stumbles,
And faith may crumble.

Beyond mere whim,
I'll submit to Him
My impassioned plea
For you and family:
To keep you safe, to
Grant you joy through
Peace and happiness,
To protect and bless
You all from this day,
Forward. Thus say
I, holy Father. Amen.
