regretful memories Poem by Shay Mitchell

i hate this thought i get,
when i can't forget.
my heart wants to die,
because i can no longer fly.
i've lost all sight,
of lifes treacherous light.
all the feelings i had,
fell apart and went bad.
i can't hear,
anything that i should fear.
so i close my eyes,
when i start to realize.
that the pain i feel,
has become so real.
as i hear the dripping,
my life was already slipping.
i hate this thought i get,
when i can't forget,
all the memories i regret.
