Religion Poem by Kelly Kurt

Religion

Rating: 5.0

To date
I have never been black
I'm not sure which is more restrictive
But I also have not been female
It therefore stands to reason
That I have not, for even a twinkling
Been a black female
The list of what I am not
Is extensive
Negative impacts are exponential on those
Fitting categories
I, as a white, straight male
Do not
Why
