Remember Me? Poem by Myleena Love

Lately when I’ve talk to you, your tone seems so loveless,
Have I disappointed you? What did I do to deserve this?

I understand you’re under so much pressure,
But, do you have sound like you love me that much lesser?

In the beginning you sounded so happy and excited,
You even sent me a love card, I was very flattered.

Now, very time I talk to you, it seems like your somehow bothered,
All the love and excitement, has left your voice and now seemed annoyed.

Now, I won’t get to talk to you, I must say it really gives me a scare,
Some things changed, don’t know what; I won’t ask I don’t even dare.

I just hope it’s not about us, and you just tying to get by,
And you just don’t have the time, but there is still “you and I.”

I know you’re being pulled between two others,
I’m not trying to make your life any harder.

I just sometimes need to be assured that no one has changed your mind.
That you still love me, and we’ll be together someday and leave all this behind.

Is that to much to ask from you?
Just to know your love is true.

I haven’t asked for much? Not more then you’ve promised me.
I only feel this way, because you seem so distant when you talk to me.
