Rent A Mate Poem by Renee Marechal McKenna

Rent A Mate

Rating: 0.5

Care to rent me instead of marriage
Forget the need of a baby carriage
Till death us do part is an option
Consider rent by the week a caption
All well and good grow old together
Better to live with wing and feather
Across the table at every meal
Could prove to be a loathsome deal
But the knowledge of a soon happy good bye
Will grant you the experience of a natural high
