Ressurection Poem by Rachard Logan

Ressurection

'But...but why? '
Towards the heavens I doth cry
Why must she die.
Oh Lord, why?
I-I refuse! I defy
It is with me her soul should lie! '
Now, the time is nigh
Quickly I whisk your body away
Obsessed with keeping you with me ‘til the end of days
To my lab I rushed
Opening the door, all is hushed
With one hand I swipe at the webs and dust
Hours upon hours I work and I work
Deprived of everything from money to pork
Darkness loomed over
The shadows forming cover
Within the night I doth hover
With potion so forbidden
The recipe remained very hidden
But alas I have
Manically I laugh
'Yes! She shall be with me once again
Oh, how much I wanted this day to begin! '
Pregnant skies overcast the world
As the potion is poured and began to swirl
Upon your corpse a glow begins to occur
Filled was I with such hectic amour
'Yes I've done it! I have succeed
Wait, what are you do-ah! ' You began to feed
'But our love', I thought as I fell to the ground
As the devouring of flesh was all that made a sound
