Ressurection Poem by Billy Loving

Ressurection

Puddling on the ground
A gasp, my final sound
From within, the blood it seeps
While at my side, she hysterically weeps
This life, finally done
Grieving, just begun
No longer this world to traverse
My final journey within this hearse
In a lonely grave I'll reside
Waiting inside, my time I'll bide
Until there comes a time
From within my grave, I'll climb
To appear once more
Ready to be with the one I adore
My judge will come for me
From all these tribulations, set free
No longer to return
For this world, I'll never yearn
On wings the angels will glide
Finally home, in heaven I'll reside
