Restlessness Poem by Dr.Balnarayana Bandam

Restlessness

Rating: 5.0

The quality of being ceaselessly moving
Or active we call as restlessness having
Not getting a break and settle down
Human often feel work and strain
Behind all activities there one finds
A person to supervise and assigned
In nature, too, we see the task about
The Sun, The Moon, day and night
Eclipse, waxing, and waning of the Moon
The seasons, spring, summer, Monsoon
Autumn, pre-winter, winter, are all arrive
At a sort of clocks time and leave
At the schedule marked to departure
The earth never rest but gives growth without percher
Evaporation cloud creation and rainfall is the cycle of water
Following Moon form tides of the ocean water
Seasonal plant blooming, and flower form and fruit yields,
Airflow to nook and corner without rest to fields
Ever nature's cooling system and ever heating system of Sun
Space adjusting to heat, cool, clouds the moves of Sun and Moon
The flow of perennial rivers, snow form, and water turn
Seasonal breeding of animals, nest formation of bird's intern
Decomposition of carcasses, purification, and petrification
Behind all, there presents a power invisible
That to which the Hindus call as God who invisible
Never he rest and sleep as he has to oversee above all
He even responds to each request at spot instant to human call
Thus the Lord is restless, and all he formed are at no rest
Though human rest entire night still poses to get daytime rest
