Resurrection Poem by Talat Zahra

Resurrection

1.
Resting in the coffin of snow, from centuries
With my eyes opened, waiting for the sun rise
Cold emotions stacked layer by layer
Frozen feelings, steady sight
Waiting with an absolute surrender
All en grave, beggars, rulers and authoritarians alike
The field of action of being and nonthing in the small world
2.
Dove reciting a verse
Applause of the nightingale on the top
Lonely blue bird perching with joy on the flower
In progress in the twine of Jasmine spread across the yard
This poetic symposium
The new sensations are awakening up in my space
3
The first ray of the sun rejuvenated the warmth in the blood stream
One dew soaked young bud near me whispered with the branch
The lightening branch spoke something in low tunes
The dilated pupils of my eyes shrunk
Eye sight became vocal
What is the sensation in the inscription written in the paint of molten blue stone?
The happy blue bird perched on the branch is not alone this evening.
