Revealed: The First From The Double-Duo

Dragging a bedroodled life
Through a series of tunnels.
Falling through the passage
of a well DRIPPING
Passing by an array of scenes
Equal to Alice's.
Thoughts of the landing DRIPPING
Dripping
Who will tell us?
'The well is deep.' DRIPPING
Assurances of a soft
liquid landing
So hard to believe when I've never heard a splash
I reach to the shelves DRIPPING
We've all been here before
And I dropp objects down
But they fall beside me DRIPPING
Only the dripping from above
Passes me.
I fall and fall DRIPPING
Considering the landing
Dripping
Who will tell us? DRIPPING
'Put faith in the well being full'
The water will catch me
I've seen the drops pass me DRIPPING
They must land somewhere.
I think I hear a splash
Below me it is still dark DRIPPING
Above is light - the source of dripping
It passes me.
I fall and fall DRIPPING
Will the water be warm or cold?
Dripping
Who will tell us? DRIPPING
'Look for clues, they are all around'
I reach out to a falling drop
It splashes onto my hand DRIPPING
I fell its warmth
Its softness -
The gathering below me DRIPPING
A torrent from above
Passes me
I fall and fall DRIPPING
Once I've landed where can I go?
Dripping
Who will tell us? DRIPPING
'Life will never hold mysteries'
Faith.
I will wait and see DRIPPING
Convinced yet always doubting
Comforted
By an invisible future below DRIPPING
Evidence from a source above
It passes me
I fall and fall DRIPPING
Could I want more?
Dripping
Who will tell us? DRIPPING
'You already know.'
