Elyse Winne

Revenge.

He sits,
He waits.
He mourns,
He hates.
Wronged by a friend,
He once beloved.
Betrayed by brother,
Peaceful as a dove.
Revenge is sought,
He will have his way.
Revenge is what he will get,
Unlike the criminal thought.
