Rhyme: This Beautiful Place Poem by Caryl Ramsdale

Rhyme: This Beautiful Place

Rating: 5.0

Feel God's love flow from heaven above,
Riding sunbeams it filters through trees;
Shimmering light mirrors water like glass,
One graceful, white swan swims peacefully.
I have walked on velvety grass here,
Touched every flower in every row;
Felt the cool of the pond with my hand,
Rested beneath one branch that hangs low.
A splendid, elegant rose garden,
Waving rich formal colors at me;
Beckons as I stroll near one trellis,
Standing near a weeping willow tree.
I have walked on velvety grass here,
Touched every flower in every row;
Felt the cool of the pond with my hand,
Rested beneath one branch that hangs low.
There's no fear in this beautiful place,
Trust the Lord, give Him all the glory;
Seek nature's magnificent splendor,
It's God's pure source of serenity.

This one was sweet & beautiful & it gave the reader some peace just reading it. I gave it a 10 but it didn't show up. In fact I give most of your poems a 10. lol Spiritsong
