Fearing the unknown creeping up behind us is a balance of wisdom; too much equals anxiety, too little equals ignorance, just right equals wise serenity. Great little poem.

A brilliant metaphor of that time we call yesterday! Too much or too little thought about yesterday can be detrimental. But just the right amount can help us move mountains. You're true to form, my good friend. As always!
