Right Of Rain Poem by Amanda Poetricks

Right Of Rain

Rating: 2.5

And so the tears of angels flowed
Little blessings here bestowed
Upon the lips of land like fire
An ancient act of loves desire
Wrought from innocence divine
Sorrow and peace do undermine
This final bidder of life to meet
Life 'fore death; a true masked feat
Restoring balance to that herein
To find happiness yet again
The land like fire is parched from flame
A sacrifice that's worth no shame
Sweet peace is once again bestowed
Upon the land where tears have flowed.
