Rights Of The Migratory Bird Poem by Sakib Jamal

Rights Of The Migratory Bird

Rating: 5.0

How are you, O dear Bangladesh?
I came back to visit your Haor,
Everyone in the world knows
You are very hospitable to visitors!

We are tired, came from far away
I'll be here for some days
But a request, earnest request-
That, I can go back to my country without any hurt.

Let your children see ours beauty
Combine with your beauty to enjoy
Do not kill us like a hobby of hunting
By shooting or by poisoning.

Hey my friend Bangladesh, let's talk
Remember, I'm your guest
Like your beloved child
I also have the right to visit anywhere of the world!
