</>Romance with democracy and the civic sense
Displayed through local bodies, their governance
No doubt are unique their manifestations,
For a bedding politician it is a sort of gestation.

Infrastructure works like road constructions,
Trans the corporators in the principle of suction.
Here they learn to suck resources like leeches,
Their expertize in sucking with them matches.

Leeches suck blood of victims to limits optimum
They have to stop it though after a fixed quantum.
Construction of roads, their washouts amd potholes,
The continuous process out-strips their goals.

Investment of muscle by money power, vice-versa
Destined the governance to be a political farce.
