Romantic Coroner. Poem by Carl Roussell

Romantic Coroner.

Rating: 5.0

Lost in thought, I am disoriented
at the sight of you, at the sound of you.
"Dim the light, turn down the volume" I said.
Never to return to the home where you
downsized, threw out the old, and me too.
So now down the street, around the corner,
away from you; romantic coroner.

A facinating write about lost love! I especially like the intensity in this piece and also the title chosen! Unique and well crafted write. 10!

Lost love can mess up your whole world, and the poem did start with the title. Thanks for the read and comment.
