Sad Poem by Mystery GifterX

Sad

Like when your McDonald's fries aren't quite fresh.
A coworker's Monday morning coffee breath.
Like a buffet owner when a fat couple walks in.
Sometimes I just don't know where to begin.
A snow storm on a Saturday during school year.
Or a bottle of freshly provided tepid warm beer.
Sometimes I'm sad and not sure what to say.
Like when the one you loved comes back and says 'I'm gay'.
There are days when I'm sad and Id like to run far.
Sad, like the first dent in a brand new car.
Like a piece of depression era homestead art.
Or being trapped in a room with a putrid, rancid gurgley fart.
There is no telling how, why, or what.
Its like looking at a beautiful woman with a saggy, flabby butt.
I wish I could believe things will be O.K.
But I'm not one to look at life in that way.
The one thing I know is - despite what here I say -
Sad is NOT a feeling I am having today.
