Sad Eyes
My sad eyes
Blurred by tears
Heart broken
By the world they now fear
My sad eyes
Now look down
Afraid to look upon the town
My sad eyes
Full of aqua blue
The whitest whites
So wondrous and true
My sad eyes
One tear holds
One-hundred different reasons
For sadness to behold
My sad eyes
Still afraid to see
What’s happening
To our beautiful country
