Safe And Sound Poem by Paul Reed

Safe And Sound

Whatever the day has brought,
Whichever songs you have sung,
Tonight, just remind yourself,
Your children are happy and young;

Whatever your fears,
However deep is your plight,
Tonight, just remind yourself,
Your children are all right;

Look inward, look outward,
And then look all around,
Tonight, just remind yourself,
Your children are all safe and sound.
