This is a safe space,
Don't be afraid,
You are in a safe place,
Feel free to share anything that you're feeling,
Just know that there's nothing to be afraid of,
Or anything to worry about,
And you're not alone,
You'll see that this place is filled with only love,
So go ahead and let it all out,
Scream and shout,
You're not on your own,
Let all the negativity and pain, disappear from your brain,
As you speak it's all healing

Everyone is here to listen,
No one is here to judge,
Don't grudge,
Or be shy,
Let all your thoughts and emotions glisten,
As they fly

Speak your mind,
This is your time,
To shine,
Don't care about what anyone thinks or says about you and to you,
You just keep doing what you do,
Just keep letting all the sadness and madness that you have hid,
All that matters is that you have an empty soul,
You'll be safe,
In every way,
And no one will know,
What you have gone through,
Therefore, there is nothing to hide,
What you've been hiding inside,
All along now you've opened a door
