Sail Upon The Wind Poem by Carolyn Sears

Sail Upon The Wind

Feeling a bit blue
Eyes drooped, red
From all the tears.
After life threw me a
Little twist..
In the wind it sailed
I thought our love was
From a story book,
I read..
While thoughts of you
Ran through my head as
Threads of gold..
Reminiscence...
But the rainbow hidden
It’s head..
Refuse me to see his
Beauty..
footprints marked
In the sand,
So quickly it descend..
As the wind of life hits
Me,
Taken a crooked turn
To sail upon the wind..
Leaving me feeling a bit
Blue..
To sail upon the wind..
