Silver pools turn crimson
as the night begins to fade,
dawn returns so then should
the light of all that's passed,
shine down upon the truth
that hides behind the mirrored glass,
broken promises littered trash
fill the paths of all that's righteous,
bring forth the new beginning,
forget the pain of past wrongdoings,
remember what was learned
and smile when is necessary,
bring forth all smiles,
return no pain,
let the crimson fade away,
silver pools fill the space
between the sands of time
