Save Your Dignity Poem by sahar alameddine

Save Your Dignity

We shall be forgotten these days to forgive what we've done to our dignity
Humiliating ourselves in so many ways trying to fight our destiny
The truth is that we're waiting till the last candle to turn off
And it ends by a heart crash such a silly scoff

People without hearts renounced from their true feelings
Hiding behind the innocence's mask pretending that love has meaning
This fake Casanova is the reason of many deep wounds
Mine is the deepest but who cares for that jerk anymore

The person that you're crying for doesn't deserve your falling tears
Because if he has ever loved you he won't let you ever cry
He would help you to challenge you biggest fears
Even if he's far away, being beside you he will try

Don't laments on what has been gone and ended
Don't worry your wound will be mended
Find someone who deserve to be deserved
Or you'll feel like you're unlucky and cursed
