School In Street Poem by Houssam Mokhtari

School In Street

When I was walking downtown
I have seen a man swaying
He came and stepped on the lawn
Tell me please: not my uncle
Holding the green bottle and
Sharing it with his drunk mind
He asked me to sit near him
I'd no idea it was dim
He said: I do adore thee
I have said I don't know thee
I asked him about his life
He told me about his wife
I was sad when he spoke up
Emptying the bottle with cup
Looking here and there th poor
At that nothing was cool
Till the moment when he said
I'm gonna teach what cannot be paid
Be aware people give venom
They write rimes without poem
But keep going and you will see
Your thoughts above and they flee
Be the flautist of your days
Compose your own symphonies
Hark! to the bird in the sky
Saying out loud: Do it try!
Aim high or act successfully
Both are good and joyfully
Spring and rush don't waste your time

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
That guy in the story was really sad and hammered so I wanted to listen to him speakin in order to knock his situation into shape for the first time i thought it would sink like a stone but it was really blessings in disguise :)
