Pain is something that inhabits your core
Something so relentless leaving you so cold
You scream at the world not wanting any more
As your fears slowly begin to unfold
Your hopes of deliverance
Are slowly shattering, fading away
Inside you find no endurance
No strive left for emotions to sway
You quietly drown in your own cruel mind
Inside your screaming
With no way out that you find
There is no more dreaming
So you paint on a grin
And put on an act
While you silently hide the pain within
So no one has to know your painful fact.
